Boundary Adjustment Issue, completed outreach
and public hearings conducted and finally the joint discussion between neighboring cities toward a
resolution that jointly recommends limited
changes to the original suggested changes by LAFCO.

by the Cities of Long Beach,
Recommendation: It is recommended that the City
Council Adopt Resolution No. 2010-04 initiating a Joint Boundary
Adjustment Process between the Cities of
Seal Beach, Long Beach and Los Alamitos directing

County Local Agency Formation Commissions to process the Boundary Adjustment;

Initiative is a statewide effort to suspend AB 32, also known as the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006, until
