NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council is hereby called by the Mayor and will be held on MONDAY, APRIL 5, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 3191 Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos.  The agenda is as follows:

4.         SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY

 

            A.        Mid-Year Budget Review for Fiscal Year 2009-10   Att 1  Att 2     (Finance)

This report provides the City Council with a summary of the Fiscal Year 2009-10 Mid-Year Budget Review, which was first presented to the City Council on March 15, 2010.  The report also makes recommendations for budget adjustments, both to appropriations and estimated revenues, as provided on March 15, 2010.

 

 

 

Recommendation:  Approve the budget adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2009-10 Operating Budget as recommended in Attachment 1 to this report.  Direct staff to bring forward an update on the City’s revenue estimates and departmental expenditures in early May.

The next meeting of the City Council is scheduled for Monday,
April 5, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers.
