SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council is hereby called by the Mayor and will be held on MONDAY, March 15, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 3191 Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos.  The agenda is as follows:

4.         SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY

 

            A.        Mid-Year Budget Review for Fiscal Year 2009-10         (Finance)

This report provides the City Council with a mid-year assessment of the City’s financial performance compared to the Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-10.  The report also makes recommendations for budget adjustments, both to appropriations and estimated revenues. 

 

Recommendation:  Direct staff to include City Council comments and/or revisions to the Mid-Year Budget, and bring back for formal adoption at the meeting of April 5, 2010.

5.         ADJOURNMENT                

The next meeting of the City Council is scheduled for Monday, March 15, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers.
