NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council is hereby called and will be held on MONDAY, January 12, 2009 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 3191 Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos.  The agenda is as follows:

6.         SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY

 

A.        Fiscal Year 2008-09 Preliminary Mid-Year Budget Review Discussion                                                                                (Finance)

This report provides the City Council with a preliminary look at the City’s mid-year financial performance compared to the amended budget for Fiscal Year 2008-09. Additionally, a comparative analysis to prior year (FY 2007-08) is provided. 

 

Recommendation:  Action as City Council deems appropriate.

 

7.         ADJOURNMENT               

The next meeting of the City Council will be an Adjourned meeting held on TUESDAY, January 20, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers.
